We will keep parents informed of camp events and activities by sending information home with students.  Logistics information will be emailed to campers prior to the start of camp.

Awards ceremony

Parents are invited to lunch, student presentations, and the awards ceremony on Saturday at the Mueller Hall courtyard on the University of Washington campus.  Time to be announced.

Forms and signatures

After acceptance, students will be sent a packet that includes the following forms:

• Liability release and emergency contact
• Code of personal conduct
• Acceptance reply
• Photo release

These forms must be signed by students and parents then scanned and emailed to matcamp@uw.edu or mailed to:

These forms will be sent out to accepted students after all applications have been processed.
